Renttls provides an online platform that connects property owners ("Hosts") with individuals seeking rental accommodations ("Tenants"). We facilitate the listing, discovery, and booking of rental properties but are not a party to any rental agreement between Hosts and Tenants.

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Hosts are responsible for accurate listings and honoring confirmed bookings. Tenants must review listing details and comply with rental agreements.

Renttls may charge service fees for certain features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTTLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renttls, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service.
